WATCH: The best Super League play-off comeback ever

The date was Friday 21, September 2007.

Wigan had gone into their play-off tie with Bradford as massive underdogs with the Warriors finishing that season in sixth place and the Bulls in third.

And, trailing 30-6 early in the second-half, it looked as though Wigan would be eliminated at the first time of asking after David Solomona had bagged a first-half hat-trick for the Bulls.

But, Wigan flier Mark Calderwood emulated Solomona after the break as Brian Noble’s side somehow got back on level terms.

Then, with just four minutes to go, an ice-cool Richards sealed a momentous victory with a superb drop goal.
