WATCH: Mass brawl goes viral as Halifax Panthers get two men SENT OFF live on Premier Sports

They say the biff in rugby league is dead.

Well, say that to Halifax Panthers’ Greg Worthington and Barrow Raiders’ Hakim Miloudi who were embroiled in a mass brawl in last night’s game shown live on Premier Sports.

Fax ended up with an impressive 43-18 win despite going down to 11 men just after the hour with the score at 22-18.

Worthington was seemingly upset with something that happened in a tackle involving Miloudi, with the former taking exception once the tackle had been completed.

The former Featherstone Rovers centre swung a few punches and caught Frenchman Miloudi in the face as the latter curled up trying to defend himself.

Miloudi then fell to the floor and that’s where Fax were given their second red in as many seconds as Titus Gwaze appeared to try and pick the Barrow man up off the floor.

Referee Aaron Moore was not amused and sent off the former Wakefield Trinity man, with a few expected to be sent to a tribunal for possible five-match bans or more.

That win consolidated Halifax’s place in fifth in the Championship table, just five points behind second-placed Featherstone who succumbed to a shock defeat at the weekend against Batley Bulldogs.

That left Rovers three points behind Leigh Centurions at the top of the table.
