Warrington Wolves star suffering from three serious injuries

Warrington Wolves talisman Daryl Clark has revealed on social media that he has been suffering with multiple injuries.

The Wolves’ season ended with a whimper in a 19-0 home defeat to Hull KR, with Clark on the field for most of that fixture which is an incredible effort considering the injuries he was playing with.

Clark said: “Tough end to the 2021 season finished it with a torn MCL 2 fractured ribs and hip surgery to come long and tough couple of months ahead to get the body right for next season 🙌 thanks wire fans for your support as always”.

The Wire hooker will be reuniting with former boss Daryl Powell in 2022 after the latter was confirmed for the move to the Halliwell Jones Stadium earlier in the season.
