Warrington Wolves reveal squad numbers with new signings taking two first-team places

Warrington Wolves have revealed their squad numbers for the 2022 Super League season – with new signings taking two first-team places.
Marquee scrum-half George Williams will take the number 7 shirt with his half-back partner Gareth Widdop switching to 6.
Matty Ashton takes the number 5 shirt with Josh Charnley changing to number 2.
New signings from Castleford Peter Mata’utia and Oliver Holmes will wear the number 3 and 12 shirts respectively. Fresh from his signing announcement, Billy Magoulias will line-up in the number 18 shirt, with our other new recruits Joe Bullock taking 15, James Harrison number 20 and Greg Minikin number 21.
There’s alterations in the pack with Joe Philbin making the step up to the number 8 shirt and Jack Hughes reverting to 13.
