Warrington forward Luke Yates picked up an ankle injury last week so is unavailable as well as Arron Lindop, who has suffered a head knock.
The Wolves are also without Matt Dufty, Toby King and Matty Ashton as head coach Sam Burgess has been forced to make multiple changes across the backline.
In come Cai Taylor-Wray at fullback with Rodrick Tai and Alfie Johnson as a centre-winger duo.
