Warrington Wolves forward carried off in agony as Daryl Clark suffers big blow

Hull FC have already been doing it tough in 2022 with injuries.

With the likes Jake Connor, Carlos Tuimavave and Joe Cator all suffering long-term injuries, Brett Hodgson will have been shaking his head in disbelief when two of his big stars had to leave the field with injury.

Halfway through the Black and Whites’ fixture against Warrington Wolves, Brett Hodgson’s side were cut by two players as, first, Adam Swift limped off with a suspected broken leg before Luke Gale got a whack in the face.

That left the halfback needing attention off the field as he went for a HIA after almost scoring following a neat one-two with hulking forward Manu Ma’u. Hull had to shift Connor Wynne to the wing with Ma’u in the centres.

But, Hull weren’t the only ones suffering greatly as Daryl Clark left the field with a head issue just after the half-hour before Joe Philbin had to be carried off the field in absolute agony after stepping off his right foot.
