Credit to Warrington Wolves, they are one of the most interactive clubs on social media, though that has sometimes meant that other clubs feel their sarcastic wit.
This time it is Hull FC who have launched their recent memberships ahead of the 2022 Super League season, but the Wolves have drawn comparisons between their own promotional video and that of the Black and Whites.
Warrington tweeted: “”Can I copy your homework?” “Yeah, just change it up a bit so it doesn’t look obvious.” #SoundsLikeWire.
The Wolves’ promotional video showed Kai, a special guest in the Wolves’ membership video, who is clearly a huge Warrington fan with a Wolves kit, Warrington bag and a flag in his room.
It was a classic promo video by the Cheshire club, with star halfback George Williams extending that class with the offer for a full season paid solely by the Warrington star.
Meanwhile, Hull’s promotional video features a young FC fan, watching his favourite team whilst donning the Black and Whites jersey getting ready for a match with his family.
The excitement is palpable as he whole family gears up to travel to the MKM Stadium, however, Warrington have fired shots at the seemingly similarities with their own promo.
