Warrington Wolves are buoyed by the news that George Williams will be ready to go against his former side Wigan Warriors tomorrow night.
The halfback sat out last week’s win over Huddersfield Giants with Riley Dean and Peter Mata’utia in the halves, however, he is set to make his comeback against the side where he made his name.
The Warrington website said: “George Williams is in contention to play against his former club having missed last week’s win over Huddersfield with injury. Jack Hughes (shoulder), Stefan Ratchford (quad) and Gareth Widdop (glute) all remain sidelined.”
