Warrington Wolves announce big fan initiative ahead of Catalans Dragons clash

It’s common knowledge that a Super League side’s lowest home attendance of the season will likely be against French side Catalans Dragons.

Because of the lack of an away following, Super League clubs need to go all out to try and entice as many home fans as possible to flock to the stadium.

Credit Warrington Wolves because they have done just that in a bid to get more young people into the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

The club has announced that junior fans can attend their upcoming fixture against the Dragons for just £1.

The fixture takes place a the Halliwell Jones next Friday with an 8pm kick-off.

Under 16s can attend the game for £1 in the West Stand only, with four tickets permitted per paying adult priced at £5 in the same stand – this offer must be redeemed in-store or over the phone on 01925 248888 only.

Tickets are also available in all three other stands including family tickets (2xadults and 2xjuniors) in the North and East Stands from £60.

The Wolves currently have a 100% record in Super League in 2022 after overcoming Leeds Rhinos in round one and then Castleford Tigers in round two.

Now, Warrington head to Toulouse Olympique on Saturday night in order to inflict a third straight defeat on the newly-promoted side.
