Warrington vs Huddersfield. Who makes the combined XIII?

A struggling Huddersfield side will travel to play Warrington tonight, who haven’t lost since round one.

This feature will make the best 17-man squad available from the two 21-man squads that have been
named for the fixture.

Warrington dominate the outside backs with three players. Toby King and Greg Inglis are straightforward selections at centre, due to their power and versatility. It’s one a piece in the halves, with two experienced players that are key to their respective side’s performances.

Sezer has been typically brilliant since returning, and is arguably the best 7 in the competition, and Widdop seems to be starting to click at Warrington.

The size and physicality that Watson is trying to bring to Huddersfield is evident in the number of quality forwards they have. With an even split in the forwards, it’s clear that this is where Huddersfield will have the best chance of taking the game to Warrington.

Warrington’s greatest advantage over Huddersfield seems to be in the backs, and so the emphasis will be on their halves to unlock the quality they have playing outside them. For Huddersfield, their middles will need to be on top form to dominate Warrington’s pack and set a platform for Aidan Sezer.
