Warrington v Huddersfield: Predicted line-ups and late injury news

In the first game featuring supporters to be broadcast on Sky Sports this season, high-flying Warrington take on a Huddersfield side desperate to get their season up and running following a slow and injury-hit start to the campaign.

The Wolves will be without inspirational skipper Jack Hughes through suspension meanwhile there are doubts over whether Stefan Ratchford and Daryl Clark will play. There’s a question over the wing spot too. Josh Thewlis was outstanding last week but Tom Lineham is back from suspension and could be drafted in despite being left out last week. The fullback spot is still a contentious one with Matty Ashton still out. Will Greg Inglis play there as he did last week?

As for Huddersfield they could welcome back brilliant centre Jake Wardle to the side after a lengthy injury lay-off. However, his brother is notably worse off. It’s been revealed that Joe Wardle has suffered a setback in his return from a hamstring injury leaving him still on the side lines along with Ashton Golding.
