Warrington have signed highly-rated Featherstone forward James Harrison.

The 24-year-old will join the Wire from Featherstone Rovers on a two-year contract until November 2023.

Harrison has been one of the standout performers in the Championship and has developed into one of the best emerging British talents outside of the top flight.

The prop forward capped off his impressive campaign so far by scoring a try at Wembley a fortnight ago helping Rovers to victory over York City Knights in the 1895 Cup.

He is the son of former Great Britain international Karl Harrison and Warrington are said to have beaten off a number of Super League Clubs to his signature.
