Konrad Hurrell (St Helens) – Grade A Late Hit – 1 Match Penalty Notice
Matt Davis (Warrington) – Grade B Dangerous Tackle – 1 Match Penalty Notice
Josh Charnley (Warrington) – Grade C Strikes – 2 Match Penalty Notice
