Warrington Wolves have confirmed Luther Burrell has left the club after being released from the remainder of his contract.
Burrell signed for the club from rugby union club Northampton Saints in the middle of the 2019 season.
He had found game time hard to come by, only making eight appearances for the club. He could play in the centre or the second row.
Burrell was playing rugby league for the first time since leaving Huddersfield Giants as a scholar.
In a short statement, the club said:” The club would like to thank Luther for his efforts and wish him all the best for the future.”
