Wakefield winger leaves the club

Wakefield Trinity have confirmed the club have parted ways with outside back Mason Caton-Brown.

The 26-year-old has left the club to pursue other business interests.

Caton-Brown returned to the club this season following an injury to Tom Johnstone, scoring six tries in 10 appearances in 2019.

It was his second spell with the West Yorkshire side, after he spent a year and a half at Belle Vue in 2017 and 2018, scoring a prolific 26 tries in 27 games.

The London-born winger combined his rugby league commitments with representing the Jamaica Rugby 7’s side and has recently started up a YouTube channel with a main focus on travel vlogging.
