Wakefield Trinity vs Toulouse Olympique: Kick-off time, TV channel and predicted line-ups

After four rounds, only two winless teams remain in Super League and by the end of Round Five there will only be one. But who will it be, Wakefield or Toulouse?

Wakefield, despite three defeats from three, had shown encouraging signs in their first three games but were blown away in the first 40 minutes against Leeds last week meaning Willie Poching will certainly be expecting a response.

As for Toulouse, they were a whisker away from victory against Wigan last week after a positive display against Warrington the week before. But back in England having conceded 48 points the last time they played here, the pressure will be on for them to perform away from home as well as in France.

Kick-off time and TV channel

The game starts at 7:30pm tonight at Belle Vue.

There is no live coverage of the game but highlights will be available on the BBC’s Super League Show and Super League’s YouTube channel.

Predicted line-ups

Wakefield Trinity
Once again Trinity could be hit with a whirlwind of change. With Max Jowitt suspended, Poching may be forced to use Salford loanee Morgan Escare at fullback. Fortunately, the rest of the backs will look a little more normal with Reece Lyne and Corey Hall back in the squad. However, Jacob Miller’s injury means we will likely see Brad Walker return to the halves. They may also be a return for Liam Hood however the recent performances of Liam Kay and Harry Bowes would mean either one would be unfortunate to miss out. Kay could play in the backs if Poching wants a totally natural backline otherwise we could see James Batchelor feature at centre again.

Toulouse Olympique
There’ll be change for Toulouse as well but more of the positive kind with Harrison Hansen, Andrew Dixon, Dominique Peyroux and Joseph Paulo all back in the fold. There is a dilemma at nine with Lloyd White and James Cunningham both absent so Eloi Pelissier will likely start with Anthony Marion used as cover.
