Wakefield Trinity host Huddersfield Giants with Daryl Powell’s side needing a win to keep the pressure on for their top six hopes.
Trinity are chasing down Hull FC who were losing 24-0 at half-time to Leeds Rhinos, meaning a win for Wakefield would see them move into the top six.
It wouldn’t be easy though given the form that Huddersfield have found themselves in of late, beating Warrington Wolves last week in an incredible comeback win.
One of the men who was central to that win was Oliver Russell with the Giants having loaned in their former player from Wakefield, however, he is ineligible to play today against his parent club.
That will force Luke Robinson into a change in his halves with the head coach teasing that young academy prospect Marshall Land could debut, whilst Wakefield were confirmed to be missing Josh Griffin.
Both clubs have now named their matchday squads.

The major call made by Daryl Powell is that Josh Rourke is parachuted in at full-back with Max Jowitt named as 18th man having picked up a knock against Wigan Warriors.
Tom Johnstone plays again having returned last week but the key return is fellow winger Matty Russell and second-row forward Seth Nikotemo, who both start.
Recently contracted Harvey Smith is on the bench along with Renouf Atoni, Isaiah Vagana and Mathieu Cozza.

Luke Robinson has handed out a debut to young half-back Marshall Land, someone who he had described as a running threat from the halves.
Jacob Gagai and Taane Milne play in the centres with Milne returning and Jake Bibby moving out to the wing as Aidan McGowan is named 18th man.
