Cut Brad Fash in half and he will bleed black and white.
The 25-year-old progressed through the Hull FC academy and has made almost 100 appearances since debuting in 2015.
However, Fash’s contract runs out at the end of 2021 and negotiations are allegedly yet to take place.
FC boss, Brett Hodgson, however, wants the forward to extend his deal.
“Brad Fash is an important player for us and we would like him to stay,” Hodgson said.
“At the moment he’s got to concentrate on his rugby and those things will be taken care of.
“We’ll see further on down the line what will happen.”
Hull are in action against Leeds this Wednesday, and, following a bitterly disappointing defeat to Huddersfield last time out, will be searching for a much-improved performance.
