Update on Bradford Bulls fan that was taken ill in London Broncos away fixture

Yesterday, the rugby league world once more came together to pass on their well-wishes for a particular Bradford Bulls fan who was taken ill at their away fixture down in London.

The West Yorkshire side narrowly beat London Broncos 8-6 at the Cherry Red Records Stadium yesterday, but there was great concern from all those involved when one supporter was taken ill.

However, after the game, Bradford reporter The Game Caller revealed that the man taken ill, Harry Foster, was doing well after suffering a seizure.

He tweeted: “I’ve just spoken to the Bradford Bulls supporter Harry Foster, who had a seizure at the game earlier today and he would like to thank the medical staff of both London and Bradford and the supporters near him for their quick thinking in potentially averting a serious incident.”

That is brilliant news for all concerned with a whole host of players sending their thoughts following the game on Twitter.

For Bradford on the field, that was their fourth win in six games which lifts the club up to sixth in the Championship table.

Meanwhile, London still have not won a game yet in the second tier under new head coach Jermaine Coleman, but came oh so close to achieving that on Sunday.
