Leeds forward Brett Ferres is facing a two-match ban after using his knees in a tackle during Saturday’s defeat against Catalans Dragons.
Ferres was sent to the sin-bin five minutes before half-time by referee Robert Hicks and the Match Review Panel have deemed the incident worthy of a Grade B offence.
Elsewhere, Wigan back-rower Joe Greenwood has been cited for intentionally standing on a player during Sunday’s game against Salford.
Greenwood has been issued with a Grade A charge and will be banned for the Warriors’ next game against Catalans Dragons if they decide not to appeal, or if the appeal is unsuccessful.
