Broadcast coverage of two more Challenge Cup Round Three games has been confirmed including for 2023 finalists Hull KR.
The Robins still do not know their opponents for Round Three and are the only team in such a position but the date and broadcast coverage for the game has been confirmed.
Tuesday saw the RFL confirm the Round Three Challenge Cup schedule with all 12 Super League teams entering at this stage, however, only the BBC broadcast game was revealed at that point.
It was confirmed that the clash between Bradford Bulls and Castleford Tigers would be aired on the BBC Red Button, BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website with the teams meeting for the first time since 2014.
That fixture is slated for Sunday the 9th of February and now, the Sportsman Rugby League YouTube channel have confirmed two picks for Friday the 7th and Saturday the 8th.
First up will be the game involving Hull KR with the Robins travelling to face either Keighley Cougars or York Knights. Those two sides face off this weekend to determine who will earn the right to face Willie Peters’ side.
Saturday’s fixture on the Sportsman will see Championship side Halifax Panthers host Catalans Dragons at the Shay with that game slated for a 12 pm kick-off.
It means fans will be able to watch a game on Friday, Saturday and Sunday as we ramp up to the start of the Super League, Championship and League One seasons.
