Two Championship players suspended

The Match Review Panel have banned two Championship players following last weekend’s matches.

Bradford Bulls half-back Jordan Lilley will sit out their game against Toulouse a week on Sunday after he was issued with a one-match ban.

The Leeds Rhinos loanee was found guilty of Grade B Foul language to the Match Official during the Bulls defeat against Sheffield last week.

Elsewhere, Featherstone back-rower Brad Day has been hit with a two-match ban for a Grade C Dangerous lift in their loss at Leigh on Sunday.

Confirmation of players banned:

Jordan Lilley (Bradford) – Grade B Foul language to Match Official – 1 Match Penalty Notice

Brad Day (Featherstone) – Grade C Dangerous lift – 2 Match Penalty Notice

The following players received cautions:

Darcy Lussick (Toronto) – Dangerous Contact

Jarrad Stack (Barrow) – Dissent

Nathan Mossop (Barrow) – Dangerous Lift
