Toulouse Olympique halfback Stan Robin has been charged with Grade E spitting during his side’s 26-24 win over Featherstone.
The 28-year-old faces a ban of up to four to eight games for the offence, or could be served with a fixed penalty notice.
The case has been referred to a tribunal and is due to be heard next week.
Following the latest round of Championship, League 1 and Academy fixtures, the Match Review Panel issued the following sanctions:
Oliver Farrer (Wakefield) – Grade C Dangerous Throw – 2 Match Penalty Notice
Stanislas Robin (Toulouse) – Grade E Spitting – Refer to Tribunal
The following player was handed a caution:
Joel Farrell (Sheffield) – Dangerous Contact
