Toulouse have completed the signing of forward Mitch Garbutt on a two-year contract from Hull KR.
A two-time Super League winner with Leeds Rhinos, Garbutt will bring Super League experience to the French side’s pack.
Since signing for Rovers ahead of the 2019 season, Garbutt played in 22 matches, and scored five tries.
Reacting to the news, he said (translated from French): “I am very honored to have the opportunity to join Toulouse Olympique. I only come with one goal: to help the club move up to the Super League.
“After speaking with Sylvain (HOULES – TO coach), the decision was very easy to take and I can’t wait to play in blue and white in a very spectacular rugby style.”
