Tony Gigot has signed a new two-year deal at Toulouse Olympique.
The playmaker arrived last May, seamlessly fitting in at the French club after spells in the Super League with Catalans Dragons and Wakefield Trinity.
Following six seasons at the Dragons in two separate periods, Gigot lifted the Challenge Cup in 2018 as well as the Lance Todd trophy for a man-of-the-match performance as his Catalans side ran out 20-14 winners.
Gigot, who operates at either fullback or halfback, has also earned 15 caps for France.
Gigot said: “I am very happy to continue the adventure with the TO, I thank the club and all the staff for their confidence. ”
The President of the Toulouse club, Bernard Sarrazain, said: “Having a player like Tony in our ranks is a privilege, his experience and multiple qualities make him a key player in the team. I am absolutely delighted that he is staying with us to play in the Super League.”
