Hull KR are hit by injury at the moment.

The Robins were only able to name a 20-man squad for today’s trip to Toulouse whilst only 19 travelled with Lachlan Coote dropping out through injury.

His absence meant that two thirds of Hull KR’s brilliant back three would be unavailable after Ryan Hall’s injury last week as the Robins lost 38-10 to Huddersfield last week in a game Lachlan Coote was rumoured to be carrying an injury in.

So, how has Tony Smith gone about dealing with these absences? Well he’s moved Ben Crooks onto the wing despite the fact he’s been shining at centre alongside Ethan Ryan on the right. Ryan does remain on the right wing with Sam Wood returning to the side at right centre.

Replacing Coote at fullback is unsurprisingly Will Dagger who helped take the Robins all the way to the semi-finals last season when he came into the squad in place of Adam Quinlan whose Hull KR career was ended prematurely by injury.

It remains to be seen whether these injuries will have an impact on today’s game and damage Hull KR’s play-off hopes.

Toulouse themselves welcome back Romain Navarrete and supposed Leeds target Justin Sangare.
