Signings and departures ahead of next season continue to come thick and fast, so here is a round-up of all the confirmed player movements ahead of Super League 2027.
Some clubs have opted to announce their deals early, and already have multiple additions confirmed for next year. Others have opted to wait until nearer the end of the year, despite being heavily linked with some recruits.
Plenty of players have either made a cross-competition switch or a move from the NRL ahead of 2027, with many more heavily rumoured to be heading to pastures new.

Bradford Bulls:
The Bulls have made two signings so far, with Cameron Scott and Sam Eseh Jr set to join the club. Kurt Haggerty’s men have also been heavily linked to Marc Sneyd of Warrington, but those are only rumours at this point. Earlier this week, it was confirmed that youngster Jacob Bateman would depart the club on a permanent basis, joining Dewsbury Rams.
Castleford Tigers:
St George Illawarra duo Mat Feagai and Damien Cook have put pen to paper and signed for the Tigers next season. They are set to be joined by teammate Tyrell Sloan at the club next season. Castleford have also reportedly completed deals for Leigh duo Robbie Mulhern and Ben McNamara.
Catalans Dragons:
The Perpignan outfit have reportedly tied down boss John Cartwright to a new two-year contract, and they have also announced some player signings as well. Tyson Gamble will join the club from the Newcastle Knights, whilst Jesse Arthars will reunite with Cartwright after the pair spent time together at Brisbane Broncos. St George back rower Luciano Leilua has also been heavily reported to have signed a three-year deal at the club.
Half-back Toby Sexton will depart after just one season to join Perth Bears in the NRL, whilst Ben Garcia will hang up the boots at the end of the campaign.
Huddersfield Giants:
Jim Lenihan hasn’t announced any new additions for next year yet, but did make a mid-season signing with Zane Dunford joining from the Brisbane Tigers last month.
Hull FC:
Whilst no announcements have been made for 2027 from a player perspective, Steve McNamara has been confirmed as the club’s head coach for the next three seasons.
The Black and Whites have signed Bailey Hodgson from Leigh, but no communication has come from the club on that deal. Back rower Jed Cartwright will leave the club at the end of the season, per Richie Myler.
Hull KR:
The Robins needed to get their head coach appointment right before they could think about recruitment. Now that Nathan Cayless is through the door, expect announcements to arrive in due course.
The only confirmed exit is Rhyse Martin, who will retire after the World Cup with Papua New Guinea.
Leeds Rhinos:
Brad Arthur’s side have been the busiest of all clubs so far, with two players joining and five departing. The Rhinos have signed NRL duo Morgan Gannon and Dylan Walker on three-year deals.
In terms of exits, Mikolaj Oledzki, Harry Newman and James McDonnell will all join Perth Bears, Brodie Croft will join Warrington Wolves and Cameron Smith will move to Wakefield Trinity.
Leigh Leopards:
Lazarus Vaalepu has recently joined on a mid-season deal until 2028, but deals have yet been confirmed for next year. Owen Trout will join NRL side Cronulla Sharks next year, whilst the aforementioned Hodgson, Mulhern and McNamara are all set to leave the club.
St Helens:
Matty Lees will depart the club for the PNG Chiefs, but that is not until the 2028 season.
Toulouse Olympique:
The French side have made a number of mid-season signings, whilst also tying down some key players to fresh new contracts.
Wakefield Trinity:
As well as Smith from Leeds, Wakefield have also confirmed deals for Roger Tuivasa-Sheck and Emre Guler from the NRL. Cam Scott will leave for neighbours Bradford.
Warrington Wolves:
Former Man of Steel Croft joins the club from the Rhinos, whilst boss Sam Burgess has confirmed that veteran Marc Sneyd will leave the club at the end of the year.
Joe Philbin and Toby King will also depart, with the pair making the move to London Broncos. George Williams will travel down under for a second spell in the NRL.
Wigan Warriors:
The Challenge Cup holders have not made any announcements over player incomings, with Sam Eseh being their only departure.
York Knights:
It hasn’t been confirmed, but Cameron McInnes has all but signed for the Knights for 2027, with media in both Australia and the UK reporting a deal is done.
