Often attendances is a focal point in the mind of rugby league fans as they look for signs of development and growth.
So fans will be glad to know that there was one stand out attendance in rugby league over the weekend that everyone missed.
That was the attendance as Carcassonne and Limoux battled it out in the Elite One Championship Grand Final in France.
It was comparable to a Super League attendance with 8,221 fans there according to Catalan Media.
A great boost for French rugby league at this time after the debacle with the World Cup.
Hopefully it can continue to build.
