The 24 Super League players to score over a thousand points

Only 24 players have scored over 1000 points in Super League history.

In fact only eight have scored over 2000 in the shape of Salford Red Devils’ Marc Sneyd, ex-Warrington Wolves Lee Briers, backrow Danny Tickle, ex-Wigan Warriors Pat Richards, Andy Farrell and Paul Deacon and former Hull FC and Huddersfield Giants halfback Danny Brough.

However, only one man has reached 3000 points and that is Leeds Rhinos legend Kevin Sinfield who is the third highest points scorer in the sport’s history.

Current players like Stefan Ratchford of Warrington Wolves, Sam Tomkins and Tommy Makinson could all move up the ranks.

A huge nine ex-Wigan Warriors make the list in the shape of Deacon, Farrell, Richards, Tickle, Michael Dobson, Danny Orr, Henry Paul, Tomkins.

Leeds Rhinos legend Rob Burrow is just shy of 1000 with 939 points thanks to 168 tries and 131 goals and five drop goals including two at Old Trafford in Grand Final winners.
