Ash Handley and Bevan French are joint favourites to be Super League’s top try-scorer in 2021 as Sporting Index reveal their odds ahead of the upcoming campaign.
Leeds winger Handley topped the try-scoring charts in 2020 with 14, two ahead of Wigan’s French and Catalans’ Tom Davies.
Sporting Index have priced the Rhinos flier and the Warriors fullback at 8/1 to cross the whitewash most frequently in 2021, with Wigan’s Liam Marshall the next in line at 10/1.
Wakefield’s Tom Johnstone and Wigan’s Dom Manfredi are priced at 12/1, with St Helens duo Tommy Makinson and Regan Grace not far behind at 14/1.
Interesting outside punts are Castleford duo Niall Evalds and Greg Eden at 16/1 as the former looks to settle in to a new club following his move from Salford.
