Wigan Warriors have made their call on Bevan French with the former Man of Steel set to play off the bench, as he did in the Challenge Cup Final, with Jack Farrimond keeping the starting shirt in the halves.
Matt Peet had a positive headache when picking his side as both Harry Smith and Bevan French returned to the 21-man squad that already featured young star Jack Farrimond, who has shone in the past two matches.
A decision has now been made for tonight’s away game against Wakefield Trinity, who currently sit third in Super League and have seen their own spine change after the injury to last week’s game-winner Mason Lino.
Lino had scored late on to help topple Hull KR who host York Knights in tonight’s other game with both sets of team news confirmed for that game as well.

Wakefield Trinity versus Wigan Warriors
Trinity saw Jazz Tevaga banned whilst Mason Lino also dropped out through injury so it’s Jack Sinfield who takes his place in the spine, whilst loose forward Tevaga is replaced by Jay Pitts.
Max Jowitt also returns at full-back for the injured Josh Rourke whilst Seth Nikotemo is the man to play in the centres, replacing Corey Hall. Oliver Pratt also missed out with Jayden Myers starting.
Wigan go as expected with Jack Farrimond starting and Bevan French playing off the bench, as was the case in the Challenge Cup Final.
