With 21 rounds of Super League 2026 now complete, it’s time to take a look at which players sit at the top of some key metrics, including tries, assists, tackles and offloads.
The last time we looked at the rankings was after round 12, when Super League took a break due to the Challenge Cup Final.
At that point, Leeds flyer Maika Sivo led the try-scoring charts with 19, and with 10 scores since then, he remains in pole position to win the league’s top scorer award.
However, with the Fijian sidelined with a broken arm until round 27, it gives teammate Brodie Croft, Leigh flyer Josh Charnley and Wigan speedster Zach Eckersley a real chance to catch up.
We have a new assist leader since that point as well, with Jake Connor rising from tied-third to first, after a huge 20 assists between rounds 13-21.
Reigning Man of Steel Connor is also top of the goal-kicking list, and is the only person to convert more than 100 goals this season so far.
After an injury in mid-season, Bradford skipper Joe Mellor dropped out of the top three tacklers in the competition, but has now clawed his way back up to top spot, edging out Ben Currie and Brad O’Neill who sit in second and third respectively.
Despite sitting bottom of the table, Huddersfield Giants have players involved in two metrics, with centre Jacob Gagai in the top three for tackle busts, whilst Taane Milne has made the most offloads in Super League this year.
