Leigh are set to make Nene MacDonald their next mid-season signing, the Manchester Evening News has revealed.
MacDonald currently plies his trade with the Cronulla Sharks in the NRL, but made just two appearances in 2020.
A PNG international, the winger/centre has notched up 35 tries in almost 100 NRL games and so would be a welcome addition to a struggling Leigh backline.
