Super League referee appointments with Wigan Warriors and Leeds Rhinos official confirmed

With just two rounds of the Super League regular season left, there’s still everything to play for. The race for the play-offs is wide open with three of the five contenders playing on Friday night and the referee appointments across the competition have been confirmed.

Last week’s standout fixture featured Wigan Warriors and Hull KR with the Super League champions winning to go top of the competition in a close-fought affair.

Both those sides are in action on Friday night in massive games with Wigan hosting play-off hopefuls Leeds Rhinos, whilst Hull KR will travel to face Super League’s form team Leigh Leopards.

The last clash between Wigan and Leeds saw Brad Arthur land his most impressive win in Super League yet as the Rhinos won 30-4 in a game that saw referee Liam Moore send Harry Smith off. Interestingly, Moore has been given the fixture once again.

Friday night’s other game sees a struggling St Helens look to limp into the play-offs as they host Castleford Tigers in their final home game of the season.

There are then three Saturday games with Salford travelling to Hull FC to secure their play-off place, then Huddersfield host Warrington before London make the trip to France to face Catalans.

The referee appointments for the six Super League games have now been confirmed.
