The Match Officials for each Super League clash in Round Three have now been confirmed with the all-important video referee assignments also confirmed.

For the first time this season, there isn’t a Super League clash on Thursday night meaning that there is a larger schedule for the weekend.

Three games will take place on Friday night, before two on Saturday and one on Sunday afternoon with all games televised on Sky Sports.

Friday’s three games see early leaders St Helens host Leigh Leopards who are without star Edwin Ipape. World Club Challenge referee Liam Moore will take charge of that game, once again being accompanied by Chris Kendall who is the video referee.

Liam’s brother Aaron takes charge of Warrington’s clash with Castleford Tigers and he will be assisted by Tom Grant as the video referee.

Jack Smith will take charge of the third and final game on Friday night which sees Wigan Warriors’ first game in Super League since being crowned World Club Champions. Smith will be assisted by Ben Thaler for the match against Huddersfield Giants.

Saturday’s action starts with Leeds Rhinos taking on Catalans and Chris Kendall will take centre stage with Jack Smith in support as video referee.

The later game sees Hull KR travel to face Salford Red Devils with Tom Grant in charge and Aaron Moore in support, whereas Sunday’s clash between Hull FC and London Broncos sees Australian James Vella in charge with Liam Moore as the video ref.
