Super League predictions: Big team beaten as Huddersfield’s woes continue

Super League is back with Round 11 of the competition.

But who will continue to march towards Old Trafford and who will struggle this week as we are treated to six big games.

Here’s our predictions:

Hull FC 10-24 Wigan Warriors
After ending their losing streak against Huddersfield Giants in their last game before the international break, Hull FC will have more confidence this time round and will make Wigan work to stay top of the table.

Catalans Dragons 10-12 St Helens
This should be a real battle royal. Catalans Dragons are always tough to beat at home but St Helens looked to have their ruthlessness back against Warrington Wolves and could begin to make a surge up the table.

Hull KR 18-12 Huddersfield Giants
Hull KR are where Huddersfield were 12 months ago. The Giants, at least results wise, haven’t lived up to the hype and they need a win but at Craven Park that will be easier said than done.

Warrington Wolves 34-10 Wakefield Trinity
After their recent defeats, Warrington need to get back on track and a visit from the bottom club is always the ideal way to do just that. If we see the Wolves at their best, they will be hard to stop but Wakefield will give it their best bet.

Leigh Leopards 20-10 Castleford Tigers
This one should be a tight affair between two sides who are always competitive. Leigh have been picking up the results however and should have what it takes to claim another win.

Leeds Rhinos 24-26 Salford Red Devils
This should be one of the games of the round as two teams collide who love to chance their arm and play expansive rugby league. It should be a close affair filled with attacking flair but the Red Devils are in the better mood at the moment and that confidence could see them pick up the win.
