Super League Injury News: Two sent to hospital, one with stitches and 15 players injured in total

It has been amazing Magic Weekend.

With over 60,000 tickets sold, the fans were out in force and the players delivered and outstanding weekend of rugby league action.

It all started in a huge clash in the play-off picture as Salford Red Devils and Hull KR battled for a place in the top four.

The Red Devils may have trailed 16-14 late on but magic from Ryan Brierley gave the Red Devils the win.

In game two, Catalans Dragons blew Wigan Warriors away as Tom Johnstone shone brightly against the Warriors to take top spot on the day.

To wrap up Saturday, Castleford Tigers battled back from 24-14 to defeat rivals Leeds Rhinos and claim only their third win of the season.

On Sunday, Leigh Leopards showed the rest of the league what they are capable of as they moved into the top four by battering Wakefield Trinity.

Speaking of battering, St Helens ploughed through Huddersfield Giants to claim the win in the penultimate game of the season.

In the final game, Hull FC stunned Warrington Wolves in a weekend of upsets to claim a famous win and keep Catalans top.

A great weekend of rugby, but it was a worrying weekend for injuries. We wish both James Batchelor and Jack Croft who were both stretchered off for Hull KR and Wakefield Trinity respectively.

Leeds Rhinos lost Tom Holroyd to injury before their game against Castleford Tigers and there were sadly plenty of head knocks.
