In the latest round of Super League disciplinary decisions, Hull KR have been dealt a major blow.

On Saturday 13 April, they face Leigh Leopards, in a replay of last year’s Challenge Cup final.

It’s a quarter-final match, with the two sides competing for a place in the final four, at Craven Park.

Ahead of this fixture, they’ve been given disappointing news by the Match Review Panel.

Hull KR forward Sam Luckley has been given a one-match penalty notice following their 50-10 victory over London Broncos.

This is for a challenge which was deemed to warrant a Grade C Dangerous Throw charge by the RFL’s Match Review Panel.

He was sin-binned during the game, in just the second minute, but the Robins held on to take victory.

Elsewhere, three other players have been banned.

Ligi Sao has been given a Grade B Dangerous Contact charge and has been given a one-match Penalty Notice, being at the higher end of the grade.

He was sent off after being given two second-half yellow cards, with one of those triggering an incident with Jake Connor on the benches.

Jack Brown has also been given a one-match Penalty Notice, also being at the higher end of a Grade B Dangerous Throw charge.

He was sent to the sin-bin during the match against Huddersfield for this challenge.

Salford hooker Amir Bourouh, who was carded in their loss to Castleford Tigers, was also given a one-match Penalty Notice, and a Grade B Dangerous Throw charge, at the higher end of the Charge Grade.
