Super League club set to take amazing away day following to big fixture

Super League Round 18 is nearly upon us and it is set to be another huge weekend of rugby league with under pressure Warrington Wolves set to battle Super League and World Champions St Helens whilst the Hull derby between Hull KR and Hull FC will take centre stage.

There is a big game as the in form Leeds Rhinos take on Salford Red Devils after their shock defeat to Wakefield Trinity who in turn take on Wigan Warriors this week.

Castleford Tigers host Leigh Leopards after the Leopards climbed to second in the league whilst the Tigers have been plunged into trouble after their defeat to St Helens.

Another side struggling, Huddersfield Giants, are headed to France to take on league leaders Catalans Dragons after they moved four points clear on Saturday after defeating Hull FC.

However, despite the Giants’ woes lately, they are still set to take a big following to France as the club celebrated on social media: “We’ve sold over 200 tickets as the Giants make the journey to Perpignan to take on Catalans Dragons.

“Over 200 of the Cowbell Army will make the journey to France to cheer on Ian Watson and his squad as we face League Leaders Catalans Dragons this Saturday, 5pm UK time.

“We’re looking forward to seeing you, and thank you for your support in what is a testing time for the club, supporters and players, with recent results not going our way, your support does not go unnoticed.”

It is a tough place to go making Warrington’s two wins over in France in Super League and the Challenge Cup very impressive.

The French side look like they could be the real deal in 2023.
