As London Broncos prepare to join the likes of Leeds Rhinos, Wigan Warriors, Warrington Wolves, St Helens and the rest of Super League in 2024, they have made an all important stride forward.
They have secured the services of halfback Oli Leyland who has agreed a new deal at the club for the 2024 season.
The 22 year old, who was named the London Broncos Supporters Association’s Player of the Year last season, has scored over 300 points since breaking through to the first team in 2021.
Speaking on extending his stay at his hometown club Oli said: “I’m really glad to be re-signing with the Broncos, I’ve had a couple of years getting game time and developing my game and think there’s still a lot of improvements I can make.
“Next season I am looking forward to having a good pre-season and hitting the ground running and making those improvements to make me the best player I can be and kicking on again.
“I can’t wait to be in the Super League and test myself at a higher level.”

Speaking on his contract renewal, Bassett can’t wait to pull on the Broncos jersey again next season;
