Seven Super League players are facing suspensions following the latest round of fixtures.

Warrington duo Joe Westerman (Grade A dangerous contact) and Chris Hill (Grade B striking with the shoulder) could miss this weekend’s crucial Challenge Cup quarter-final against Wigan.

Both players have been cited for incidents during yesterday’s defeat to Castleford but they do have their early guilty pleas available to use.

The only other player charged this week who still has their EGP available is Luke Douglas. The St Helens prop is charged with Grade A dangerous contact during Friday night’s victory against Widnes.

Leeds Rhinos forward Jamie Jones-Buchanan could miss his sides cup clash with Featherstone on Friday after he was charged with Grade B dangerous contact during Saturday’s game at Wakefield.

Elsewhere, Rangi Chase (Grade A) and Jamie Acton (Grade B) have both been cited for tripping, while Catalans prop Sam Moa is charged with Grade B striking with the shoulder.

The players will learn their fate tomorrow evening when they attend their respective disciplinary hearings at Red Hall in Leeds.
