Super League 2025 odds with major price change as bookies rate Leeds Rhinos, Wigan Warriors and Hull KR chances

Super League Grand Final

Salford Red Devils’ chances of success during the 2025 Super League season have plummeted, according to the bookmakers.

The Red Devils have struggled financially over the off-season, with the club having to ask for an advance in central funding in November just to make ends meet. That advance was approved and last month the club were dealt a boost as the council was able to confirm the purchase of their stadium.

However, there have been reports that the club may be forced to part with players to avoid further financial difficulties down the line and it seems those issues have not gone unnoticed when it comes to the Super League betting. At the end of the 2024 Super League season in October, the club were priced at 33/1 to win the Grand Final by Sky Bet.

As of January 5, with six weeks to go until the start of the league season, they are at 50/1 to be victorious at Old Trafford with Castleford Tigers and Wakefield Trinity the only two sides with longer odds.

Of course, Salford have developed a habit of overcoming odds and proving doubters wrong in recent years with Paul Rowley’s side finishing fourth last season despite being tipped to struggle for a top six spot, and they won’t have to look far for motivation once more this year.

It will come as no surprise to learn that Wigan Warriors as the club fancied to pick up the title this year once more. The Cherry and Whites who won a quadruple last year are at 11/8 to win at Old Trafford, with St Helens and Warrington Wolves seen as their closest competitors.

The pair are both priced at 5/1 for Grand Final glory and 4/1 to win the League Leaders’ Shield. Hull KR are slightly further back at 6/1 for the Grand Final and 5/1 for the league, while Leeds Rhinos, who finished eighth last season, are at 10/1 for another title.

Here are Sky Bet’s Super League Grand Final and League Leaders’ Shield odds.

Overly optimistic odds for St Helens, great odds for HullKR, and of course it will ge Warrington’s year, again, again, again..again.

If Bevan French stays fit, Wigan are still the team to beat, but they looked vulnerable for the period he was out.
As Eric commented, not sure why the odds for Saints are so good, and if I was a betting man I’d definitely have to have 50p on Hull KR at those odds.
