Stewart banned for two matches

Leigh Centurions forward Glenn Stewart has been banned for two matches after submitting an Early Guilty Plea to a Grade C High Tackle.

The Centurions forward was sent to the sin-bin during Thursday’s clash with Warrington for the high shot on Wolves playmaker Kevin Brown.

Meanwhile, the cases of Danny Kirmond (Grade A High Tackle) and Tom Lineham (Grade C Striking) will be heard this evening by an independent disciplinary committee.
