The Canberra Times has reported that Canberra’s Curtis Scott is set to be sued by the victim of his punch.
The man punched by Scott has given a formal complaint into police and plans to sue the Raiders’ three-quarter.
The National Rugby League (NRL) had previously issued Scott with a Breach Notice alleging he brought the game into disrepute during that incident at a venue in Canberra on May 30.
Since then, the Canberra man has been suspended for three games and fined $15,000.
