Super League action is back after the one week break and Hull KR return to Craven Park to host a Huddersfield Giants side who have just lost to Rovers’ cross-city rival in a shock result.

The Giants therefore probably needed the break to regroup after such a shock result whereas the Robins have potentially had their momentum halted as they were on an impressive five win streak.

Their hopes of making it six in a row will be boosted by the return of the suspended Jesse Sue whilst Huddersfield will be hoping to end their poor run of form away from the John Smith’s after having lost their last two.

Willie Peters had mentioned in his pre-match press that Jordan Abdull was “50/50” but the star player misses out which is a huge blow for the side.

Fortunately for Rovers Rowan Milnes is back from his loan spell with Wakefield Trinity and therefore can occupy a role in the halves with Mikey Lewis.

Lachlan Coote passed his HIA and is also cleared to play.

As for the visitors Sam Hewitt and Innes Senior have both been recalled from their respective loans at Wakefield Trinity and take their place in the squad, with Kieran Rush also returning.

Matty English misses out due to concussion protocols, with Josh Jones also not selected due to concussion.
