Injury news

Saints will be without the likes of Regan Grace, Will Hopoate and Mark Percival as head coach Kristian Woolf is forced into a number of changes. However, Curtis Sironen has been included despite suffering a bicep injury last weekend with Dan Norman returning from injury alongside Tommy Makinson. Castleford, meanwhile, could be without Daniel Smith and Adam Milner, but Gareth O’Brien could return following a head knock. Cheyse Blair and Sam Hall return to the squad but there is incredible news for the Tigers as Sosaia Feki could make his first Super League appearance in Castleford colours!

The fixture will kick off at 1pm on Sunday afternoon at the Totally Wicked Stadium.

    Predictions :
Castleford Tigers have been nilled on their previous two visits to the St Helens but they were beaten just 10-0 and 4-0 on those occasions and can remain competitive once again when they take on the Betfred Super League champions. These two last met in last month’s Betfred Challenge Cup final at Wembley with Saints running out 26-12 winners but the Tigers were in contention for much of that game. St Helens’ extra quality told in the end and they are likely to be too strong once again having seen off league leaders Catalans in decent fashion last week.
