St Helens v Leeds Rhinos line-ups as both sides welcome back key men

Leeds Rhinos vs St helens

Leeds Rhinos welcome back Lachlan Miller and Ryan Hall this evening as they take on St Helens at the Totally Wicked Stadium. The two sides go head to head in the Challenge Cup, with the winner set to take up a place in the hat for Monday night’s quarter-final draw.

Miller hasn’t been seen yet this season due to injury but he has been passed fit to be involved against the Saints and he starts at full-back. Jake Connor has been the man holding the full-back reins in his absence but the playmaker will replace Matt Frawley at scrum-half this week.

Miller’s presence in the side could well give Brad Arthur a selection headache next weekend when Frawley is expected to return to action. Ryan Hall also features in the side after overcoming the rib issue that kept him out of Leeds‘ loss at Catalans Dragons last week.

Matty Lees returns for St Helens after missing last week’s loss to Hull KR with a slight niggle. He starts in what is the only change made by Paul Wellens this week, with Noah Stephens dropping out of the side and George Delaney moving to the bench.

St Helens will be keen to bounce back to winning ways this week after being handed their first loss of the season last Friday night. Leeds, on the other hand, have had a mixed start to the season with losses coming against Wakefield Trinity and Catalans and they know a win this evening could well act as a catalyst.
