NRL forward Reagan Campbell-Gillard has dismissed claims he could be set to make the move to Super League in 2026.
Campbell-Gillard was linked with a move to St Helens by the Australian press, with Gold Coast Titans said to be keen to offload players and ease their salary cap restraints heading into next season.
With the Saints looking to recruit from down under and bolster their forward pack, it was a move that seemed to make sense for many.
It would have certainly gone down as a statement of intent too, given his pedigree and experience in the game, but that move doesn’t look to be happening.
That’s because Campbell-Gillard has labelled the report as ‘false’, with the forward outlining his desire to stay with the Titans and in the NRL, the competition he has spent his entire career in to date.

Speaking to SEN 1170 Sportsday, Campbell-Gillard said: “There’s some false information or false accusations that I am leaving to go overseas.
“It puts the individual and then the club in a different or a sticky situation where you have to have some meetings and clear the air and make sure it’s not happening. I want to stay here for a while.
“I came here for a reason, and I came here to win, and I want to see this club have success, and I want to be a part of that. That was the main reason for coming up here.
“To see reports like that come out, that’s completely false.
“You have to clear the air and make sure that it’s not coming from them and it’s definitely not coming from my end as well.
“I feel like I still have enough to offer in this competition. I don’t want to go just yet.”
