“Some lads home at 1am then back up at 5 whilst their boys go for a swim and a coffee” – part-timer launches tirade against rival club

Oldham’s Jack Spencer took to Twitter to note his disgust at Featherstone Rovers’ social media account which made out a victory before the two sides met on Monday night was a foregone conclusion.

Spencer noted that his Oldham side are all part-time whilst Rovers are made up of mainly full-time players, making game days a lot less hectic and tiring for the squad as a whole.

Oldham did go down 68-0 at Featherstone, but Spencer wasn’t happy to say the least.
