SEX-TAPE scandal rears its ugly head

Penrith utility Tyrone May has settled his lawsuit with a woman whom he secretly filmed during sex, Fox Sports has reported.

May had been sued by the victim in the NSW Supreme Court, with the woman alleging the incident caused her depression, anxiety and PTSD.

She had already sought aggravated damages after May sent two videos to others before they were uploaded to pornography websites.

The Penrith star was almost sent to jail last year after pleading guilty to four counts of recording an intimate image without consent and was sentenced to 300 hours of community service.
